Female’s endometrium will change regulerly with the
discharges of ovary since female is 14 years old, because many girls have
menses from 14. Their endometrium will thicken when lutein increased, when lutein
and estrin decreased, the endometrium will strip and form into menstruation.
When those endometrial tissues cannot be taken out of
bodies with menstrual blood and implant in other places of uterus, it is endometriosis.
Those tissues will implant in ovary, mesometrium and enterocoelia and so on. Those
ectopic endometrial tissues can strip like the normal tissues, but those
stripped tissues cannot be taken out of bodies, so those tissues have to accumulate
in women’s bodies and form into cyst at last. When cyst grows in ovary, it is chocolate
cyst. When it grows in uterus, it is uterine fibroid. When it grows in cavum
pelvis, it will make the around tissues adhere. When it grows near the stomach,
women will experience problems like stomach pain and diarrhea. However, it is fortunately
that those cysts are benign.
